Imagine Your Dream Life—And Protect It

Think about what your life could be like in five years.

Do you picture having your own dog? Maybe starting your own business, going to college, making music, or helping your community? Maybe you see close friends, a cool job, a place of your own, and freedom to be who you are.

These dreams are real—and totally possible.

But just like in any good story, there are challenges. One of the biggest ones is drugs like fentanyl.

What Does Your Dream Life Look Like?

  • A job doing what you love

  • Good friends you can count on

  • Feeling safe, strong, and proud of yourself

  • A home where people care about you

  • The freedom to go anywhere and do what matters to you

Now picture it clearly. Then know this: your choices today help protect that future.

The Threat You Should Know

Fentanyl is deadly. It can be laced in any pill, marijuana or other illicit drugs or taken in its pure form.  Even tiny amounts—like grains of salt—can kill someone.

Some people take it without knowing how strong it is. Others may take it unintentionally when laced in something else. It is also being produced in candy to attract young people.

But you’ve got something powerful: Your mind. Your choices. Your future.

What You Can Do

  • Say “I’m not doing that” when someone pushes something risky

  • Walk away and find people who support your goals

  • Be cautious of anything you consume at a party or with people you don’t know well, fentanyl can be in both liquid, candy, pill and pure powder form and is commonly laced with other drugs, including marijuana.

  • Ask for help—from adults, friends, or school staff—if something feels wrong

  • Learn the facts so no one can trick you

Staying drug-free isn’t about being perfect. It’s about protecting your story, your health, and everything you're working toward. Remember, your future matters!
